Okay, so it is Winter for most of us, which means the beach is not an option…but, there are indoor pools everywhere and February Kids break is right around the corner, so yes, let’s talk about this one (and for you in warm weather climates, you are all good)…

Our first greatest invention ever was ofcourse the Sit N’ Stroller.  No need to spend too much time on it, just simply read all about it here.  It will change your world of traveling with kids…guaranteed.  Moving on…

Water is wonderful.  Swimming is a good thing.  Moreover, swimming in a pool or ocean is also plain awesome.  Especially if you are a kid.  And given safety is first here at Hip Daddy, teaching the kids to swim is a Hip Daddy Must.  Our second greatest invention are the Stearns Puddle Jumpers.  These floatees have redefined what a life jacket is and make it so much more convenient, safe, and simple.  There is no difficulty closing the vest/jacket or having your child hold their breath and suck in.  There is no zipper issues.  There is no riding up straps.  There is no more bulkiness.  These things slip right on, are lightweight and easily adjustable, keep your child afloat in the right way, easy to pack, and ofcourse coast guard certified.  And even better, their fun designs make these uber kid-friendly, we especially love this Bahama series one…hello Orca!

Remember the days of wearing those awful red/orange things with confusing straps everywhere?  It took awhile to disrupt this category, but Stearns finally did…in a meaningful, useful, and purposeful way.  Well done.  Every Hip Daddy will feel safer and much more ‘chilled out’ knowing your child is wearing one of these.  So rest easy, find some water, get the swim lessons going…grab some Stearns and let the fun begin!
