Made in New England.  That’s what this brand is all about.  The New England Shirt Company is one of those gems you need to know about…right about now.  With brand descriptors like “subtly designed, irreverently traditional” and “cut from a different cloth”, this shirt company has Hip Daddy intrigued.  Such language around who you are as a brand and what you stand for is simply awesome, and terribly smart.   You can’t deny this brand, their dedication and devotion is evident in everything they do.

Craftmanship taken to another level: They employ ‘craftspeople’ who use their hands to make your product…all about the details which every Hip Daddy can appreciate.   And yes, they have quite the heritage story…the factory is in Fall River, Massachusetts, once the largest cotton textile center in the US…the first spinning mill opened here in 1811.  Hello? Does it get any better for a company called the New England Shirt Company? Answer…no.

In terms of getting your hands on one of these shirts, it’s easier than you might think actually.  Yes, they are still under the radar overall but def on the radar when it comes to getting shelf space in some of the finest boutiques nationwide.  Try Sault in Boston or J Press in NYC, that’s a good start…or just look here.

A good mens buttons down is hard to find.  Some of the more traditional makers are too boxy and abnormally long, while the more trendier makers are too slim or simply don’t fit a ‘real’ mans body.  The New England Shirt Company does it right, and will leave any Hip Daddy feeling comfortable, stylish and refined.  It’s a solid choice, no doubt.
