It’s December 1st.  So let’s start it out short and simple…and sweet.  Every Hip Daddy loves a great sneaker collection, and let’s talk a lifestyle shoe every Hip Daddy should be rockin’…

The Nike Roshe Run shoe line is yet another beauty from Beaverton.  And more specifically, the Nike Roshe Run Print is the perfect Hip Daddy kick.  Inspired by the practice of meditation and the concept of Zen, the Roshe Run is a simple sneaker….just basic shoe necessities…but most every part of it reflects an aspect of a tranquil Zen garden: “a modified Waffle outsole made to look like stepping stones, an insole that mirrors a raked rock garden, and slightly different midsole side lengths–a juxtaposition of seriousness and playfulness.” Okay, it might be ‘simple’ but obviously some meaning went into the design of this shoe which every Hip Daddy can find inspiration in.  And yes indeed, the shoe is intended to be versatile…worn with or without socks, dressed up (work) or down (playground), for walking (with stroller) or just taking it easy (chillin with kids.)
